[Order Process]

1. Select the product you like on the website, select the appropriate color and size, and click Add To Cart

2. A mini shopping cart will pop up on the right, click PROCCEED TO CHECKOUT

3. Leave your email address on the checkout page and fill in the shipping address

*Note: The delivery address must clearly indicate the street and house number.

4. Select the payment method and pay according to the prompts

* You can use the order email to register an account on the website and log in to check the order status.

* After placing the order, the system will send a confirmation email.

* We will ship the goods according to the order in which the orders are placed. Generally, the goods will be sent out within 72 hours.

Q: How long will it take for the order to arrive?

A: Generally, if there is sufficient inventory, the goods will be delivered to the warehouse within approximately 2-7 days. We will check the quality and ship it out to the customer on the same day. The shipping may take 7-15 business days. Under special circumstances, such as out of stock and transportation problems, the delivery date may be slightly delayed.


Q: I found an error in the information after submitting the order, what should I do?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes if it is still possible. However, please note that we cannot make any changes to the order after it is shipped out. Ridgerook will not be able to arrange returns, exchanges or refunds for any order problems caused by incorrect filling in by the customer.


Q: How do I know the size?

A: Detailed dimensions (in centimeters) are listed on the product page for customers' reference. The dimensions of the goods are all measured manually. There is an error of less than 3 centimeters between the actual product and the size chart, which is within the normal range. Unless the error is extremely serious, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason. If you need sizing advice, please contact us for enquiries.


Q: Under what circumstances can returns or exchanges be made?

A: In order to ensure that the goods are in new and good condition before being sent out, we will conduct quality inspections upon receipt. In addition to wrong styles, wrong sizes, severe color differences and defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: Anything else you need to know before purchasing?

A: 1. Due to different production batches, there may be slight differences in the color and material of each batch of products. (This is inevitable T.T)

2. The silkiness of the fabric will be slightly reduced after cleaning, and pure cotton is also prone to deformation, so please treat it gently.

3. Dark-colored fabrics may have floating colors during initial washing. This is a normal phenomenon and does not fall within the scope of quality abnormalities or defects.

4. Dark-colored clothing must be washed separately from light-colored clothing to avoid staining.

5. Clothing has a lifespan, just like home appliances. Air conditioners will become old after being used for a long time, and lights will burn if turned on too much, not to mention clothes that are worn and washed every day. Using a washing machine is destined to shorten the life of the clothes and increase the chance of deformation (imagine the roughness of the washing machine). Clothes will also produce lint due to the friction of daily wear (except for special materials). This is a normal physical phenomenon. The clothing fabrics are not 100% flawless.
